The TCLIFT TL195-12 is a Hydraulic Luffing Tower Crane featuring a variable-angle luffing jib that can raise almost vertically. It uses hydraulic cylinders (instead of traditional wire rope winches) for boom angle control. Available with jib options of 30m, 35m, 40m, 45m, 50m, and 55m, it is built on an L69 mast type and powered by a 380V ±5%/50Hz supply.

A luffing jib crane can raise its arm (jib) to a near-vertical position instead of maintaining a fixed horizontal boom. This dramatically reduces the working radius and oversailing beyond the site boundary, making it ideal for:

Yes — this is actually one of the key advantages. Luffing cranes can park their jibs steeply upward, unlike flat-top cranes which require large anti-collision buffer zones due to fixed horizontal booms. This means more cranes can safely operate in the same project, improving coordination and productivity in mega projects.

When parked, the luffing jib angle becomes steep, which significantly reduces the wind-exposed surface area of the crane. This results in lower wind load on the crane structure, safer operation during storms, and reduced out-of-service wind stress compared to horizontal fixed jibs.
